Role of KRVF
KRVF Healthcare is an international healthcare coordination and patient-navigation service operated by KRVF Outsourcing Solutions Private Limited. KRVF is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service or treating clinician.
Clinical decisions
Diagnosis, treatment recommendations, informed consent, clinical risk assessment and treatment outcomes remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals and the selected provider.
Quotes and availability
Indicative pricing, hospital availability, timelines and travel requirements are subject to provider confirmation and the patient's individual circumstances. A headline website estimate is not a final quotation.
Patient portal
Portal access is personal and must not be shared. Patients are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly. KRVF may suspend access for security reasons.
Consultation workflow
KRVF may move a case through the stages New, Under Review, Documents Required, Qualified, Payment Pending, Paid, Physician Assigned, Consultation, Report Ready and Completed. A patient may be asked to provide additional records before a physician consultation can be arranged.
Consultation fee — INR 10,000
The physician consultation fee is INR 10,000 unless a different amount is expressly displayed in the patient portal. This fee is for the physician consultation only. It is not a deposit toward hospital or treatment charges and is separate from diagnostic, medication, travel, accommodation and other costs.
Optional treatment facilitation fee — INR 100,000
If, after the physician consultation, a patient chooses to proceed with planned treatment in India and asks KRVF to coordinate the treatment journey, KRVF charges a one-time treatment facilitation fee of INR 100,000. This fee is payable only after the patient has made that decision and the facilitation service has been requested.
The facilitation fee covers non-clinical coordination, which may include hospital/provider coordination, appointment scheduling, treatment planning support, pre-arrival coordination, visa/support documentation where applicable, local logistics, hospital admission and discharge coordination, communication support and post-treatment follow-up coordination. It does not include the fees or charges of hospitals, doctors, surgeons, anaesthetists, diagnostic providers, pharmacies, airlines, hotels, transport providers or other third parties.
Payment of the facilitation fee does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome, hospital acceptance, procedure, price, date or treatment result. Clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals and the selected provider.
Consultation fees and payment
KRVF will display applicable fees and payment instructions in the secure patient portal before payment. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. KRVF does not store full card or banking credentials in the patient portal. Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the applicable terms shown before payment and any provider-specific terms.
Documents
Patients should upload only documents relevant to their planned care. KRVF may quarantine or reject files for security, format, relevance or operational reasons. Uploaded records should not be used as a substitute for emergency medical care.
Emergency care
Do not use KRVF or the portal for urgent or life-threatening medical situations. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare provider.
Acceptance
Use of the site or portal is subject to the final agreements and policies provided by KRVF. These terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad commercial launch.
